NuTech Manufacturing

“Genius is one percent inspiration and 99% perspiration.” Thomas Edison said it; our founder Kurt Landsberger embodies it.

In 1946, with little more than a sewing machine, strong work ethic and gift for relationships, Kurt and Anny Landsberger established a home-based business making and selling household items, such as aprons and tablecloths. After discovering that the plastic coating on their fabric was chemical-resistant, they began marketing their products to laboratory and medical supply houses pioneering the use of plastic equipment in the laboratory.

As an enImage: NuTech Manufacturing 115,500 sq. ft. facility located in Pocomoke City Marylandtrepreneur Kurt Landsberger or ‘KL’ as we like to call him was a visionary thinker and knew how to recognize a good opportunity.  Turning his attention to the laboratory market, within a few years Bel-Art Products had acquired the knowledge and tools for molding and welding plastic, metal and more, and their fledgling business was well on its way to becoming a respected manufacturer of scientific laboratory supplies. As word of the company’s expertise and broad capabilities spread, others asked to subcontract their manufacturing services and NuTech Manufacturing became an important brand in the company’s success.

Today Pocomoke City, Maryland, our premier facility offers 115,500 sq. ft. of manufacturing space performing injection molding, blow molding, wire forming, tool and dye services, mold repair and more.
